Collective Presencing – an experiental learning retreat

8 February @ 9:30 am - 10 February @ 5:00 pm

You are warmly invited to join us,
in experiential learning:
based in the framework of Collective Presencing, as articulated by Ria Baeck, we will dive into the essence of this collective practice and embody it during the time together, listen into the questions and new insights that arise from there.
in a retreat, to build, co-weave and consciously apply this collective practice and develop it. The evolution of this material/framework belongs to all of us, to the commons, and will need stewards and a collective stewarding practice to bring it into the world.

Our guiding question:
What collective practices do we need, to fully be of support of generative and resonant fields?
Circle practice
and systemic sensing will the backbone of our work.

Your hosts: Ria Baeck – Luea Ritter – Marie-Hélène Elleboudt

An experiential learning retreat on Collective Presencing. For you?
* Based
on the framework and practice of Collective Presencing, as articulated by Ria Baeck. At the minimum you have read the intro articles or best the whole book.
* Experiential: we will dive into the essence of this collective practice and embody and experience it during these 3 days. We all can build on your experience with circle practice (or another form of dialogue) and your unique sensing capacities.
* Learning: We see Collective Presencing as a new human capacity. Together we will focus on how to bring it into the world.  All of us are needed, the collective, to figure that out. The evolution of this material/framework belongs to all of us, to the commons, and will need stewards and a collective stewarding practice.
* A retreat, in a beautiful place with great gardens; with time to be outside and integrate the place in our quest.

Our full presence and our individual and unique gifts will all be in service of a deeper level of knowledge and more generative actions in the world. This will be a gym-room for our collective muscles.

Dates and times: from Friday, Febr.8, 9.30am till Sunday, Febr.10, 5pm.

Location: De Kluizerij, Affligem, near Aalst – half an hour from Brussels, and reachable by public transport. We can also arrange for car sharing.

Payment: We hold the principle that everyone who wants to participate should be able to do so regardless of their financial situation. Therefore we use the Shared Economy model. This is a cooperative, responsibility-based approach to fund the gathering where the community as a whole holds the financial responsibility, and not just the organising team. Taking into consideration the costs of the event and one’s own financial resources, each participant is invited to identify what they can pay.
How it works: You pay a first part upfront, at registration to secure your place, and a second part at the end of the retreat.
** First part: for venue, accommodation, shared room, catering and minimal contribution to organising and hosting & facilitating the gathering: 450,- €, including VAT, to pay when you register. (50,- € as supplement for single room) If this is above your current budget, you can ask for some financial support, open a conversation with us.
** Second part: The 2nd part will be decided by yourself during the retreat and covers the hosting fees for the team. We will give time and attention during our days together to have this conversation and explain this model. You will then decide what the gathering is worth to you, what you can contribute and how we cover the budget.

Registration: Make sure to reserve your place!
